The Accounts Payable/ Payroll Administrator is hired to process Payroll for all employees and accounts payable of Eagle River Casino and Travel Plaza. The primary purpose of the Accounts Payable/Payroll Administrator is to process payroll and accounts payable with high accuracy and in a timely manner

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs analysis to check the accuracy of the payroll and accounts payable
  • Prints manual checks for employees and vendors where applicable and ensures proper signatures are obtained as necessary before checks are released
  • Ensures the smooth operation of the payroll system - Ceridian (HPL & IWFM)
  • Manages inquiries from all company employees and vendors regarding payroll and accounts payable processes
  • Any other duties as assigned
