Responsibilities

  • Prepares, handles and cooks a variety of food items
  • Maintains an organized station
  • Always follows safe food handling practices
  • Follows proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
  • Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is preferred
  • Previous experience is not necessary unless applying for a more senior level cook
  • Must be comfortable standing/walking for 8 hours/day
  • FOODSAFE certificate
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work as a team
  • Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
