Food and Beverage - Line Cooks
Responsibilities
- Prepares, handles and cooks a variety of food items
- Maintains an organized station
- Always follows safe food handling practices
- Follows proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
Requirements
- A high school diploma is preferred
- Previous experience is not necessary unless applying for a more senior level cook
- Must be comfortable standing/walking for 8 hours/day
- FOODSAFE certificate
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work as a team
- Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
