Food and Beverage - Hostesses
The hostess reports directly to food and beverage manager. The hostess assigns servers to their sections in the computer system, checks coats, does debit machine transactions, greets customers at the door and answers the phone. The hostess will also receive and record reservations as well as paperwork. Organization and upkeep of menus is essential. Assisting the supervisor on duty if they are busy is of the utmost importance.
