Job Summary

Reporting to the Outlets Manager, the outlets supervisor ensures the daily operations of the food and beverage department as well as the supervision of staff in coordination with the policies and procedures of the property. They will provide assistance to customers when there is a concern or dispute. The Outlets Supervisor also ensure the well-being of assoicates.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting with daily operation of the casino food and beverage department, including the mentoring of the casino staff and leading by example
  • To maintain a professional and ethical demeanor at all times ensuring that all Eagle River Casino & Travel Plaza team members, patrons, suppliers and business partners are dealt with in a respectful manner
  • To contribute to the creation and maintaining of a positive workplace atmosphere
  • To be cognizant of all policies and procedures and ensure that such policies and procedures are administered in a fair, equitable and consistent manner
  • Coaches others for increased effectiveness
  • To exceed the expectations of frontline team members in regards to the quality of Leadership provided
  • To ensure that any confidential information is dealt with accordingly
  • To focus on being a consistent presence in the Restaurant, Lounge, Bar Area and Gaming Floor while on scheduled shifts in order to monitor guest service, front line team member performance responsible alcohol service.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in a 5 star setting preferred
  • Pro-serve certificate
  • Able to work in high level of stress environment
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Experience in Customer service and leadership
  • Grade 12, Post-secondary
