Demonstrated successful experience in developing and implementing marketing programs for multi-use property is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develops promotions and special events to increase revenue
- Implements marketing programs based on analysis
- Conducts long and short-term strategic planning to increase Eagle River Casino & Travel Plaza profitability
- Works with executive management to ensure high quality customer service throughout the company
- Maintains an awareness of local, regional and industry market trends and conducts pertinent market analyses
- Communicates promotions, responsibilities and deadlines to staff and management
- Reports on progress and performance of marketing programs, events and promotions
- Oversees the management of the player database
- Develops and implements successful player's club-based promotions to generate gaming activity and build the loyalty of player database
- Attends outside business community events on a regular basis to build support of Eagle River Casino & Travel Plaza
- Manages the pricing and message strategies in advertising and promotions to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and profit margins
- Plans, implements and monitors the marketing, bus tour and player development budgets, and makes recommendations for cost containment, improvement and development
- Staffs, schedules, evaluates, trains, develops and monitors subordinate personnel to ensure departmental effectiveness
- Such other job-related duties as may be assigned by instruction from executive management
